Performs building and ground maintenance; monitors and adjusts landfill gas equipment; operates and maintains heavy equipment; computes and collects fees from refuse haulers; measures, inspects and weighs refuse to determine refuse quantity and type; some positions work on the recycling sorting lines and assist customers in the recycling area of the County Landfill. Requires one (1) year of experience which has included maintenance of buildings or grounds and a California Class C Driver License.
