Building Maintenance Worker/Senior Custodian

Excellent opportunities for team players in the following positions:
Building Maintenance Worker I/II
$3,941-$4,303/Month (BMWI)
$4,490-$4,903/Month (BMWII)
Experience equivalent to one year (BMWI) or two years (BMWII) of
recent full-time experience in general building maintenance work or
in appropriate trades or crafts. Successful candidates must possess
valid Class C Calif Driver License.
Senior Custodian
$3,455 - $3,791/Month
Experience equivalent to two years of recent full-time custodial
experience in commercial building and/or facilities.
Candidates for all positions must be available to work night shifts,
weekends, and holidays and will be required to successfully complete
a background investigation including fingerprinting and criminal
history evaluation.
