WALMART ORAL ARGUMENT
The following email is from ERA (Equal Rights Advocates):
We are part of the legal team of the nation-wide gender discrimination case, Dukes v. Wal-Mart. On March 24, 2009, we will be arguing against Wal-Mart’s appeal – which challenges the ruling that certified this case as the largest civil rights class action in history- in front of an 11-judge Ninth Circuit en banc panel.
We would like to invite you to attend the hearing to join us in our continuing battle against Wal-Mart and to witness history in the making. We need to show the court that the women of the class are watching and waiting for justice.
