shipping.

C. On the 'Checkout' page, fill in the order total $ amount (this includes cost of shipping) .
D. WE NEED TO KNOW WHERE TO SEND YOUR CALENDAR(S), so please fill in your shipping address and billing information.
E. WRITE THE NUMBER OF CALENDARS YOU WANT IN THE BOX AT THE BOTTOM
